Missing Linck
Roxanne sent out a note to all brewers who took yeast. The registraion form is up and running, cost is $5.13 per entry as a small club fundraiser. There are virtually no other costs as Urban covers the majority.
Judging is Saturday morning, June 7th at Urban. Hang out after for awards.
Beers should arrive by the 5th. Flighting and sorting on the 6th.
We'll use the barrel staves for awards as tests for B&S - Bryan says Ham Co Libraries have makers spaces with laser engravers

Big Brew
Wooden Cask made 5bbl of Andy's TBFBH Saison recipe. Those who took a share should add 1lb of sugar of their choice, and also ferment with yeast of choice. The beer will be tapped on July 2, and brewers should bring a growler's worth of their own to share.

Bryan plans to check with Caleb at Cincy State about a sponsorship.
Ray secured a sponsrship from Sam Adams!
Wanting to do something slightly different for Medals/awards, more generic but with the logo, and a sticker on the back with winner info.
Need to continue donation requests - online is preferred
Hotel is ready for reservations and will have the same entry code - BSK
Interclub Comp
CMI & BCBS want to do the Interclub comp and social again. Well suggest September and see what they come back with.
