Meeting Started @ 7:10pm with a Ski Patrol, winter wheat ale from Brewery Vivant.

July 18 - Location TBD, Caleb from Cincinnati State will be giving a technical presentation on conducting at home diacetyl tests.
August is B&S - Bored Meeting at Ray's

New Business
Club-owned grill needs a storage location. Jer offered the garage in Harrison that also holds the B&S stuff.
BCBS Fermentation Frenzy is July 26. Needs more judges.
Treasurery
⁃ We have (some) [more] money now due to B&S sponsorships.
⁃ Bryan paid the deposit for the B&S hotel ($320) and purchased cards for promotion purposes ($62.50) and was reimbursed from the PayPal account.
Big Brew
The Saison at Wooden Cask is now on tap. Those who took a share reunited on July 2, and brought a growler's worth of their own version to share. We tasted versions with bee pollen, ginger bug, dark candy sugar, agave nectar, and a couple with local honey. They were all really good. Go try “Sunshine” while it lasts!
Beer & Sweat 2025
Sponsorships are looking grrreat this year compared to last couple years. Ray and Bryan have done a lot of work and helped secure a number of great sponsors!
Presenter is Samuel Adams, along with Cohen Recycling, Third Eye Brewery, Urban Artifact, Fruitblood, Wooden Cask, and others yet unconfirmed. Hearth wants to be involved with choosing a beer from the BOS table to brew. Ray has a connection and Rhinegeist and Rob/Rox will talk with Greg at Moerlein LH.
Bryan will be sending out small batches to board and select members to hit up local places and or see if anyone has connections they can leverage.
Need to start pushing for entries and send the judge emails.
Mario and Andy are working on shirt designs.
Andy to order sampling glasses. Need to consider a gift for judges.
Medals were discussed.
Interclub Comp
CMI & BCBS want to do the Interclub comp and social again. We'll suggest September and see what they come back with. Dan Listermann wants to host at his river property and return to a B&P type of event.
