October Meeting topic: Joe will lead a session on Off Flavors. Remind yourself what diacetyl, acetaldehyde, DMS, and other brewing faults found in flavor and aroma. Friday, October 17th — back at Listermann's!
October social night: Urban Artifact/Fruitblood. They are both solid sponsors, and we kind of fizzled out on visiting them during Beermas last year. Let's support them when we aren't stressed about the holidays! Wednesday, October 22nd.
November: DVD Brew wants to host us for Learn to Homebrew Day! Saturday, November 1st. More details to come. We should be able to brew in his brewing space, which should accommodate multiple setups.

Daniel Sanchez wants to start a Bloatarian chapter in Mexico. Bryan looked into some specifics and will draft a light legal document for protection purposes - and will check with AHA leadership on possible help or pointing us in the right direction.
