Rules

1. There are three yeast options: Fermentis HG-01, Fermentis WB-06, and WHC Farmhouse Vibe

2. You must ONLY use the provided yeast, in any combination you want

We’ll present details on each yeast’s characteristics and then distribute yeast. The competition date is TBD.
