June Bored Meeting

Meeting started at 7:20 with a toast
Attendees: Bryan E, Andy M, Ray G, Roxanne W, Jeff M
Missing Link Competition (Thursday)
28 entries, 25 confirmed in possession
Judges confirmed: Owen (pending signup), Tom Morgan, Rob, Chris, plus others
Competition starts 6pm Thursday, awards around 3:30pm on Saturday
Categories: 7 in largest group, 4 ancients (2 are meads), various others
Mike and Brett handling best of show Friday morning
Intake: ~$135 for 25 entries
Tom Morgan interested in judging dark/hoppy beers and historical styles
One keg of mead will be available
Bloat Open June 27 at Esoteric.
Finances & Operations

Holiday Inn contract signed, deposit paid and processed
Need membership drive - considering business cards for Saturday event
Letter to Kent K needs to be sent (Ray to handle)
June meeting: Alexandria Westchester (June 19th, 3rd Friday due to National Homebrew Conference conflicts)
July meeting topic TBD - considering post-Homebrew Con presentation
Beer and Sweat Event Planning
New sponsor: Cincy Brew Dads podcast (vendor sponsor, potential live content)
Brewery Underground (Nashville podcast) interested, meeting during Oktoberfest
Glassware: 3oz glasses with colored bottom selected
T-shirt pre-orders with Mario continuing
Tap handle awards: 29-30 Bloatarian handles available, Jim Peters doing 3D printed awards
Chocolate/cocoa pulp special judging by Kelly (separate from main competition)
Potential veterans group: Brewing Vets bus trip (20-30 people at charitable rate)
Need sign replacements for ABC signs and also 123 winners; Andy to create and print some promo cards for B&S

July 1 - return to WC with your Piwo creations for sharing and sampling
