Meeting started at 7:20 with a toast to B&S being a success.

Ray made a few reimbursements at the meeting
Bryan is looking for the receipt from the Reefer truck.
Awards and Banners are now being considered a donation; value approx $300
Final numbers are being tallied but notes are stating we’re in the positive this year
Bryan is going to contact the hotel folks and open talks on the contract for 2027, being August 21st
Club Business
Insurance documents came through from AHA. Waiting the Directors & Officers paperwork.
Future Club Meetings
September Meeting is at the clubhouse on Sept 18, using the former home-brew space. We’ll need to clean the space out before the meeting as the front space is being renovated. “Ish” the new lessee will introduce himself and talk about the new business he’s starting here.
Social Night at DVD Brewing in Loveland… TBD sometime Sept 28-30.
In October November we’ll have Chuck Beardslee from the Butler County Brewing Society presenting on his short turn meads talk from HomebrewCon Asheville.
Social Night for October is looking to be at Wooden Cask fopr their 10th Anniversary
Another future meeting option is HBC presentation featuring John Hawkins of DRAFT brew club.
