August Bored Meeting

BBL Clubhouse

Meeting started at 7:15 with a toast 

Attendees: Bryan E, Andy M, Ray G, Jeff M. Keith P

Beer and Sweat

  • Keith has been shopping and collecting supplies.

  • Need Jer to stop and see if there’s a pack of wristbands in the bin at location where tap stands are stored. KP found some in house 

  • Ticket Twister and raffle tickets, gold coins, etc secured from Clubhouse. 

  • Bryan to email sponsors who will have a promo booth: 

    • Brewing Heritage Trail, Brew Dads, Vets and Brews

  • Bryan made an event on FB, Andy posted on Reddit

  • Bryan too look at head count and determine how much food is needed and pass info to Mike M.

  • Penske truck is rented ? Confirm with JH

  • Andy is figuring out awards, and will print out QR codes for  payments (door, raffle) and also a list of members (and special guests)

  • Sponsor pickups needed:

    • (DVD (RG), Urban (AM), Brink & Lager House (RW), Wooden Cask, WOM (SB), Wandering Monsters (MM), Hearth (KP), Party Source (RG)

  • JP has made tap stand awards, KP found some flags for tap winners

  • Bryan will do some sponsor buttons

  • Mario sent shirt designs for proofing

  • Need sponsor banner (add Vets and Brews)

Future Club Meetings

Need to check on Mt Healthy and or alternative locations just in case
