BEER & SWEAT IS ALMOST HERE!

Weekend Schedule:

Friday Night Bottle Share! We will again host a get together and bottle share on Friday night, August 15. Open invite, the share begins when someone opens the first (usually around 7). No cost to attend other than bringing something worth sharing !

For Attendees: 6pm doors open for B&S #37! Public welcome, $30 at the door grants you membership and sampling rights in this years commemorative 2025 logo’d sampling glass. *while supplies last – after judges/stewards/volunteers receive their glasses, there are less than 50 left. Get here early!

For Entrants: Kegs can be dropped off on Friday and stored in our refrigerated truck, donated by JTM Food Group! Be sure your kegs are clearly marked! On Saturday, access to the main hall for keg setup begins around 9am, with ice delivery around 10(ish). All kegs need to be ready to judge by Noon!

For Judges: Arrive around 11:30 and plan to be ready to judge by Noon. We try to keep a schedule, but sometimes things happen. We’ll announce judging assignments in the front hall at Noon.
